    YLL(YGL)系列有機(jī)熱載體爐為組裝式強(qiáng)制循環(huán)立式燃生物質(zhì)鍋爐。本系列鍋爐本體受熱面結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，受熱面由內(nèi)、外密排的圓盤管構(gòu)成，內(nèi)盤管為輻射受熱面，外盤管與內(nèi)盤管的外表面構(gòu)成對(duì)流受熱面。鍋爐由上部本體和下部燃燒室組成，工地現(xiàn)場(chǎng)組合。燃料在燃燒室內(nèi)充分燃燒后，被輻射受熱面吸收大部分熱量后，高溫?zé)煔膺M(jìn)入對(duì)流受熱面進(jìn)行換熱，煙氣出鍋爐后在空氣預(yù)熱器中加熱鍋爐燃燒所需的空氣，再經(jīng)除塵器由引風(fēng)機(jī)將煙氣送至煙囪排入大氣。各類排放指標(biāo)均低于國(guó)家（GB13271-2001）《鍋爐大氣污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》規(guī)定，是替代電、燃油、燃?xì)狻⑷济赫羝仩t的最佳產(chǎn)品。生物質(zhì)鍋爐運(yùn)行成本低，比燃油、燃?xì)狻㈦娂訜徨仩t可節(jié)省40%-60%，比燃煤節(jié)省5%-10%運(yùn)行成本，是一種高效節(jié)能環(huán)保的熱能設(shè)備。
