功能:

• 減少在縫制過程中，由于布料受縫制整燙所產(chǎn)生的收縮。
• 防止做出來的衣服產(chǎn)生尺寸變化或變形。
• 使布料裁剪得以順利進行。
• 使襯布及面布間能緊密的結合，經(jīng)預縮定型之布料，無需考量布料裁剪·縫制·整燙后的收縮，便于生產(chǎn)，又提高產(chǎn)品之附加值。

優(yōu)點：

• 無張力自動送布系統(tǒng)，使布料在無張力的狀態(tài)下送入。
• 布料被蒸汽濕潤及振動器松弛，將使布料軟化。
• 布料經(jīng)振動區(qū)后進入烘干區(qū)，使?jié)駶櫟牟剂峡梢栽谧罴褱囟认赂稍铩?/span>
• 采用強力吸風冷卻系統(tǒng)，急速冷卻布料，利用溫度差達到定型型效果。
• 搖臂擺動將布料來回折疊，降低因卷布所產(chǎn)生的張力。
• 特殊的電加熱輔助裝置，可補蒸汽之不足，任意調(diào)整烘干區(qū)之溫度。

• The main steam heating and auxiliary electrical heating are to ensure the temperature accordingly.
